View your coverage information

1. On the Navigation Bar, select the drop-down menu with your name on it.

2. Select Account Settings and then select Coverage.

3. To see a list of your dependents and coverage information, select Summary Information.

View your coverage information on the mobile app

1. Navigate to the Coverage section.

2. Select Plan Member Summary to display a List of Coverage and Coordination of Benefits.
